What we collect

When you send the form, we collect what you enter (name, phone, ZIP code and a description of the job), plus basic technical data such as your IP address and approximate location. When you call, we receive your phone number, and if you leave a voicemail we keep the recording. Calls may be recorded.

How we use it

We use your details only to connect you with a local roofer and to follow up on that request. We pass them to the roofer we connect you with so they can contact you about your job. We or that company may call you back at the number you gave us. We do not sell your information to data brokers, and we do not send marketing texts or emails.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and voicemails for as long as needed to arrange the referral and for our records, and delete them on request.
